Kickin Collard Greens

Great way to get all the benefits of eating greens in a super tasty package.  Collards are very easy to make as long as you have an hour.  Besides the collard greens, all you need is onion, bacon, garlic and chicken stock.  Goes great with ribs, chicken, etc.
