1 lb ground pork
1 lb. lo mein noodles
1 lb. baby bok choy
1 can bamboo shoots
3 garlic cloves
3T rice vinegar
1 1/2 T soy sauce
1 1/2 T sesame oil
3T hoisin sauce
Boil water for noodles. Mix hoisin, soy sauce, and vinegar with 3T water.
Saute veg 2 mins in sesame oil (including garlic) then set aside.
Saute pork - leave alone to carmelize. Then add sauce and cook 1-2 minutes.
Mix in noodles and veg and stir well.
